We try to make it as easy as possible to fill your postage equipment. There are 3 easy and convenient ways to do it.
Your postage meter can be ready to print postage by:
(1) ACH – this draws directly out of a bank account
(2) prepay by sending a check into USPS prior to downloading – takes 7-10 business
(3) Quadient Finance (formerly TotalFunds/NeoFunds) – Quadient Finance is free and works like a credit card. You are awarded a line of credit so that you can pull postage onto your machine ‘on demand.’ You will receive a bill every month and as long as you pay on time and in full you will not accrue finance charges or late fees. This is the easiest and most convenient way to load your machine. This also allows for easy shipping via our NeoShip portal.
