We have a guaranteed 1-hour response time for maintenance and a guaranteed 4-hour response time to fix the equipment or software.

Maintenance

Our experienced, professional, local service team guarantees prompt maintenance & repair of your mailing equipment and software. A GMSS Full Service Maintenance Agreement includes ALL parts and labor (even “wear and tear” parts like belts, brushes, and rollers) as well as preventative maintenance, professional installation, and unlimited training. We offer USPS Rate Change Protection which means that you won’t be charged for new rates when the post office raises postage rates.
